Please read and agree to the conditions below. Membership in the PAPA community is conditional upon acceptance of the following Terms and Conditions. These terms ensure that PAPA remains a safe, respectful, and solutions-focused community for all parents committed to their children’s well-being.

PURPOSE
PAPA exists to support parents working to maintain dignity, stability, and a positive presence in their children’s lives. We stand against parental alienation and promote understanding, respect, and practical cooperation for the sake of our children.

This is a peer-support community, not a professional service.
– Admins and moderators are not responsible for individual member opinions, comments, or posts.
– Nothing shared here should be taken as legal, psychological, or professional advice.
– If something concerns you, please report it privately to an admin rather than engaging publicly.

GROUP RULES

Treat every member with respect. Personal attacks, name-calling, or hostility toward ex-partners, professionals, or fellow parents will not be tolerated. Healthy disagreement is welcome if expressed calmly and constructively.

Only share information that is true and fair. Do not make or repeat allegations of abuse, crime, or misconduct unless confirmed by a public court ruling.

3.⁠ ⁠Privacy and Consent
Do not post or forward private messages, recordings, or screenshots without consent or a court record. Respect the privacy of all members at all times. Nothing shared in this group may be copied, forwarded, or shared elsewhere without the author’s written permission.

4.⁠ ⁠Constructive Participation
This is a solutions-driven space. Posts or comments that fuel conflict, hostility, or negativity may be removed. Members are encouraged to model calm, dignity, and self-control in all interactions.

All stories and opinions are shared as personal experiences. For legal or professional advice, please consult your own qualified representative.

No advertising, fundraising, or business promotion is permitted.

LIABILITY & INDEMNITY
By joining, you participate voluntarily and at your own risk. Neither admins nor members can be held liable for any opinion or comment shared in good faith. You will not support or initiate legal action against any admin or member for such content. Disputes should be raised privately with an admin for review. This mutual indemnity applies to all members and continues after you leave the group.

ADMIN RIGHTS
Admins may remove any post, comment, or member at their sole discretion and without providing a reason. Decisions are made to protect the group’s purpose, safety, and integrity, and do not reflect judgment of personal character. Terms may be updated at any time to safeguard the community. Remaining in the group means you accept any updated version. If you disagree with these terms, you must leave the group.

PRIVACY NOTICE
WhatsApp (or any platform used) is a third-party service with its own privacy policy. PAPA does not collect or store members’ information outside the group. By participating, you consent to your name, messages, and shared content being visible to other members within the group.

GOVERNING LAW
These Terms are governed by the laws of South Africa, and any dispute will fall under the jurisdiction of South African courts.
